I am Nicole Castille. I am NC Images. I started this because I had a dream of being self-employed. I discovered that creating things with my photography best showcases my skills & creativity. I love how photography can freeze a moment in time for you to enjoy & how it allows you to re-live your memories. The reason I became a photographer was to capture the beauty of people & nature that I could no longer ignore. You are the reason for me being a photographer.

A photographer sees the world with one eye closed and shows people what they didn't see with both open.

I love photography and I hope that that comes though in the quality of my Imagery. When I don't have my camera, I'm still taking pictures in my mind. I know I'll be a photographer forever. It's part of who I am, & I love it.

"Painting with light" has been used as way to describe photography. Used properly, it's a mighty beautiful brush. The camera has the ability to put things in a completely different light, & even the simple things around us can be completely changed by focus or different perspectives. There is beauty all around us, although most of it goes unnoticed by the average person. An artist's purpose is to capture that beauty, with a pencil, a brush, a chisel, or a camera.

That is the vision within. That is what I do. To me, photography is an art & comes from my soul.

It all starts with a vision, a concept in the imagination, a more or less conscious idea of a way to materialize my emotions, to create art, to make that photo appear exactly the same way as it looked to me through the viewfinder. That is the goal, for one to see, to understand and appreciate my art, that is when I feel I have succeeded as a photographer, as an artist.
