Since you will be on the premises, you will be able to control what images are taken.

I will be asking you a variety of questions to make sure nothing is left out or forgotten.

 

Update packages are available to be certain your home inventory is never too far out of date. NC Images will contact you in 6 month increments after the initial inventory. If you have acquired new items that you have not gotten images of yourself, NC Images will come out & take them for you. There is nothing worse than going through the effort of this process, to have it be way out of date if something happens.

This is a sampling of images to provide you with an idea of the images we’ll take in your home. Aside from close-ups, we’ll be doing general room shots as well as individual items of value.

Extra Costs for Traveling:

If you live more than 25 (less than 50) miles from me: Add $10.

 

If you live more than 50 (less than 70) miles from me: Add $20.

 

If you live more than 70 miles from me, please ask for quote.

 

Mileage is calculated from the East Wenatchee side of either the north or south bridge,

or my home, whichever is closer to you.

Deluxe Package:  $150

 This package is designed for those with more. More items, more toys, just more. For those who have it all, but haven’t tagged it all. For this option, “adult toys” are included. Boats, motorcycles, classic cars, 4 wheelers, etc.

 Included are up to 200 digital images along with 2 CD’s. Again, it is suggested you keep one in a safe place at home, and another in a safe deposit box or elsewhere, off site.

Basic Package:  $85

 This package is a basic homeowners or renters option when all items are located within the home.

 The package includes up to 100 digital images, presented on 2 CD’s. Keep one with you & the other in a safe place, preferably outside your home, perhaps a safe deposit box.

Could you imagine if you lost everything in a fire or natural disaster? Would you be able to remember everything you owned? Everything? The things in your closets. All the items on shelves throughout the house. All your valuables?

 

Insurance companies want proof that you owned things. Proof of how many clothing items you had. Proof of valuables. What better way to provide them with all of this information than to take pictures? Be able to hand the insurance company a disc with a complete inventory of your home. Or use the disc to create an itemized list of everything.

 

All services are provided while you are on premises, to handle any valuables. Digital images will be taken back with me to process. Finished product will be delivered to you within 7 to 10 business days, depending on package & options selected.
